This study by Milind Oak for a New Delhi based think tank India Policy Foundation is one of the rarest studies revealing misuse of the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) by a section of NGOs in India. This also explains the reason behind the Indian government introducing the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2020.
